The event will be hosted by Jay KumarJay Kumar who is an Award Winning Choreographer and Dance Entertainer with a unique style and charisma for involving and including all generations and abilities in Dance. Jay was Associate Choreographer for the Nutkhut Indian Wedding section of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Parade in 2022 and was awarded the British Empire Medal by the Late Queen for his services to Dance in the Community of Greater London. Jay has appeared on many TV Shows and runs Bollywood Nights and Bollywood Boat Parties throughout the year.
This year Navratri event will be decorated by Angle Events to create memories that will last a lifetime. And that is not all. We will also provide a unique vintage photo booth experience by Angle Photo Pod to capture your memorable memories. Guests can take home their own custom prints, making sure the memories stick around long after the event is over.
We are delighted to have the same live band JIYA and DJ KIVRAJ who between them will make sure our guests are kept on the dance floor for Garba, Dandiya Raas, Garba Raas, Ghoomer, Ramjanyou and other traditional folk dances.
We plan to give out prizes to the best dressed male & female guest on the day. So please ensure the dress code is traditional & colourful Navratri outfits. Prizes are donated by NM (Nazia Memon) who is not just another brand name. It’s a refreshingly new idea that empowers women to come out with style and elegance that is affordable. NM is about a woman who thinks that she can do and create difference in women’s lifestyle with her vibrant and fascinating fashion ideas. Our style combines tradition with modernity to create designs that are luxurious and practical.
Our guests will be entertained by a special dance performed by Beeja Team. During their performance those guests that can perform the steps will be invited to join in. Beeja’s offers a range of options — performances, workshops, and regular dance classes. Beeja, in collaboration with some of its partners, also offers workshops and residencies in ‘Bollywood’, Indian folk, creative movement and other Indian classical styles.
Don’t forget to bring your own Dandiya but ARCC will be selling them at the venue if you don’t have your own.

We are pleased to have Vineet Johri back again to take photographs at our event. Het is an accomplished multi award winning, published photographer and a photography teacher. Out of many awards, his awards include "Best Photographer of the Year", "Best Picture of the Year" and many more. In recent time, Vineet has covered lots of prestigious events including Indian Prime Minister’s Bharat Ki Baat at Westminster Hall where he was the sole official photographer.
Our Videographer will be Druve from Zee TV. After the event he will promote the 15-minute clip on ZEE TV channel. This will give opportunity to some of our lucky guests to become famous by being on TV.
Food & Drinks Stall
At this year event our guests can look forward to an amazing quality of traditional Indian street food & drinks. It will be provided from the following stalls with their respective menu.

Prosecco Pod is a mobile bar service, that brings an extra touch of pleasure at our Navratri event. The eye-catching three-wheeled Piaggio Ape van is always a crowd pleaser and will be serving a special selection of Mocktails for our guests to enjoy.

ARCC is proud to host the annual Navratri celebration, bringing together the community to honor this vibrant festival. The event features traditional Garba and Dandiya Raas dance performances, live music, and a range of cultural activities.
Attendees enjoy a variety of food stalls offering regional delicacies, while the venue is beautifully decorated to reflect the festive spirit of Navratri. This celebration not only offers a platform to experience the rich traditions and cultural heritage of Navratri but also promotes a sense of community and joy among participants.
The event is held at Croydon’s premiere venue at the Grand Sapphire showcasing this magnificent occasion with over 1,000 people in attendance from Croydon and surrounding boroughs. This is the biggest Navratri celebration in South London.
