Youth Mental Health First Aid Course
Learn skills to identify and understand young people's mental health and factors that affect their wellbeing.

The two-day training will provide you with:
An in-depth understanding of young people's mental health
Practical skills to spot the triggers & signs of mental health issues
Confidence to reassure and support a young person in distress
Ability to support a young person with a long mental health issue or disability.

Please note, attendance on both days is mandatory in order to get the certificate.
